Protero Gumeracha Merlot Cabernets 2005 - Adelaide Hills Another crowd favourite, I really liked the wines unconventional style: big, though with perfectly ripened fruit bound together by firm, fine tannins. Long, savoury finish. Sharon writes “The palate has a tight grip of cabernet that compliments the juiciness of merlot. Overall a food friendly wine, with the potential to age for the short to medium term. “
Protero Gumeracha Merlot 2005 - Adelaide Hills Sharon writes “A full bodied, solid merlot with vibrant plummy, spicy fruit aromas and flavours. The taste is rich and juicy, with ward alcohol, firm fine tannins and a lingering liquorice finish. Drinking well now with the potential to age for five years. - sold out
